Exercise is a great way to reduce stress for multiple reasons. One, exercise is known to release endorphin's, the bodies happy hormone, in larger amounts than many activities. This is a hormone sought by the human race to function without being zombies. Alongside these endorphin's you are also gaining the benefit of running around, improving your body.
Sports, which are a large part of exercising, also put you in situations where you interact with other people. This can lead to friendships being formed and also communicating is a way to keep things from being bottled up. AS well as these sports gives you the opportunity to step on the field for an hour and not have to think about what happened before or whats going to happen after. These breaks give you time to simmer down and forget about the stresses for an hour or more.
Talking to a friend can really help with stress as part of the stress is just having it bottled up inside you. If you have someone that you can communicate with you can get it off your chest. This is great to get some support and to not have it ferment in you and explode at some point.
Create a schedule. A schedule can relieve the stress of wondering whats gonna happen after an activity and uses your time to maximum potential which decreases the stress of overdue projects and papers. Creating a schedule can also be a good way to stay fit by setting aside time to work out. (See Exercise above).
In today's society many kids are trying to date and stuff, DON'T! Its a useless reason to get stressed over and if you're like me hen you'll never have to worry anyway. This concludes my stress reduction strategies.
